Lauren Brinks is the creator, owner and operator of The Little Blue Jay. She's the brainchild behind the end design you see, the inventory on the shelves and everything in between. Prior to owning this business she worked in higher education administration. Check out the "History" section which provides some more background on how this venture came about.

Ms. Kayley is Little Blue Jay's weekday stylist. She received her cosmetology certification from Aveda ATL when she was 19 and has been doing hair ever since. She loves reading, writing, and drawing--pretty much anything that allows her to tap into her creative side. She is passionate about working with children and has even served as a Sunday school teacher in her spare time.

Ms. Trell is our weekend stylist. She's been doing hair since 1996, and specifically working with kids since 1998. She loves playing tennis and spending time with her family. She has one grown son, who recently got married, and is raising her niece's three children. Her favorite thing about working with kids is their innocence.

Ms. Nell is the newest weekend stylist for The Little Blue Jay! She has worked in cosmetology since 2008 as a hairstylist and makeup artist in salons, photo studios, and weddings. In her free time she enjoys spending time with one amazing man, two precious step-children, two dogs, ten fish, and three axolotls, all on four acres in the country. She loves animals, coffee, cooking, and her family.
